As of June 22, 2020, we will be doing a soft reopening to serve you!! BUT, because there’s always a “but”, we have a new normal.
** Appointments for the drop off and pick up of repairs and or supplies are now MANDATORY.
Please call 519-681-7562 to arrange a time.
** Our doors will remain locked at all times. Kindly call us from the parking lot to let us know you’ve arrived and we will unlock the doors.
** If you cannot make your appointment, kindly let us know as we will have to reschedule – please do not show up anyway as we may have scheduled someone right after you.
** We will be allowing only 1 person in the shop at a time.
** Please do not drop by without an appointment.
** Any shredding appointments will enter and exit through the rear doors, again, please make an appointment and let us know when you arrive so we can unlock the doors.
** At this time, only 1 person will be allowed at a time to shred so unfortunately helpers will have to stay home.
** For our contract / repair customers that require us to go on-site – please note that we will require an email from your place of business by someone of authority, allowing us to go on-site.
Please include the following information: customer name, address, phone number, contact name, make and model of machine, problem with machine, and what protocols you need us to observe, ie, PPE, call from parking lot upon arrival etc.
We do require this information to attend calls. – this can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
** We would prefer – at this time – that if the machine can be carried into our shop for repair, that this is done rather than going on site, please call for an appointment.
** We will not be supplying masks, gloves, PPE to our customers. If you want to use these items, kindly supply your own.
** Please observe all COVID-19 protocols that are in place globally – 6 ft social distancing, if you feel unwell or have any symptoms, kindly reschedule your appointment, if you’ve been in contact with someone that has tested positive, kindly reschedule, if you’ve been notified that you’ve been in a high risk setting in the past 14 days, please reschedule.
